I had the pleasure that Ms. Jimenez was our communication trainer at the Böhler-Uddeholm Management Academy during the session of April 2008. In preparation of this training I had 2 personal goals; managing conflicts and to improve my personal introduction for a new audience. After 3 days of intensive training I've learned and adopt so many other skills that I'm assure that this is an added value for my communication not only in my profession, but for my entire live.
